Saturday 22nd August: 9.30am to 1pm Originals, First floor, Blackhorse Centre, 52 Dorp Street, Stellenbosch R950 per participant. The mitred square is a deeply rewarding knit. You will be taught the cast on, joining colours, reading and understanding the pattern. Ideas and Inspo for larger projects. Class is from 9.30am to 1pm. It includes a coffee/tea break; a yarn and needle pack to get you started. There will be yarn kits for sale specifically for a square cushion cover - Optional not essential! The yarn we will be using is South African Vinnis Nikkim -100% cotton. You are guaranteed delicious colours in the Vinnis range. A pizza delivery at 1pm and a complimentary glass wine is included in your day AND you are welcome to stay until closing time at 3pm. Gather with fellow makers for a creative and social knitting class. This class is limited to 5 participants ensuring that each knitter receives personal attention and guidance. Limited to 5 spots, make sure you book soonest. Unfortunately the workshops and venue cannot accommodate accompanying pets or children. Please note: refunds are given (less a 10% cancelation fee) if cancelled before 21st July. No refunds given if cancelled on or after 21st July 2026. Please send a friend in your place.
