Inkle Weave a colourful leash for your favourite pooch or strap for your bag. Sunday 22nd March 09h00 to 17H00 Venue: The Studio, de Trafford Wines .BEGINNER FRIENDLY. This class is limited to 5 weavers. Lojan Inkle Looms are provided. Learn how to weave wonderful durable cotton leash on the Lojan Inkle loom. You will weave your Inkle band dog leash from the very beginning of warp stage. 100% Elle cottons, the colour options will be sent to you closer to the time. You will leave with a completed dog leash for your dog. The leash/strap hardware will be supplied and sewn in accordingly. We will start with a brief chat and then begin setting up the warp on the Inkle looms. Then a lot of weaving will be covered with time to convert the bands into leashes. The day will be interrupted with a delicious lunch and glass or 2 of de Trafford wine. The dog leash will be in crazy pinks/oranges OR tropical greens/blues and there will also a be an earthy colour option for those dogs that don't like loud colour ;-) If you do own your own Inkle loom please indicate in the message section when you book. If you only own an obedient cat and would prefer a strap for your bag also let me know. It is very doable if informed ahead of time. CANCELLATION POLICY: This workshop is refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled before 27th February. No refunds will be given if cancelled on or after 27th February 2026
