February Inkle Weaving Wednesdays

Learn to Inkle Weave over the course of 3 Wednesdays in February. Inkle Weave a colourful leash for your favourite pooch or strap for your bag. INCLUDES: your own brand new Lojan inkle loom; 3 x 3.5hr teaching sessions(+coffee & refreshments); yarn & hardware for one project; Texsolv heddles; Wednesdays in February: 4th; 11th and 25th* 09h30 to 13h00 Venue: The Studio, de Trafford Wines .BEGINNER FRIENDLY. This class is limited to 4 weavers. Learn how to weave wonderful durable cotton leash on the Lojan Inkle loom. You will weave your Inkle band dog leash from the very beginning of warp stage. 100% Elle cottons, the colour options will be sent to you closer to the time. You will leave with a completed dog leash for your dog. The leash/strap hardware will be supplied and sewn in accordingly. First assembly of the Inkle looms and then a chat to follow. Next will be setting up the warp on the Inkle looms. Then a lot of weaving will be covered with time to convert the bands into leashes. You will be able to complete at home and start another band on the following Wednesday. The dog leash will be in crazy pinks/oranges OR tropical greens/blues and there will also a be an earthy colour option for those dogs that don't like loud colour ;-) * please make sure you are available on Wednesdays: 4th; 11th and 25th CANCELLATION POLICY: The workshop is non-refundable.
