Service Description
It will be a day of lovely wooliness. We will dye(naturally of course) 3 x 20g mini blank woolen skeins with 3 deliciously rich dye teas PLUS botanically print a 100g skein. You will have 2 x 20g blank mini skeins to take home with yo We will begin with a talk & demonstration on: preparing wool for dyeing, foraging mindfully for rich pigments in nature, preparing dye tea, dyeing and post care for your woolen bundles. 11am to 12.30pm ish: participants will dye their 3 mini skeins in already made dye teas. And botanically print the 100g skein. 1pm a delicious lunch accompanied with de Trafford wines. Post lunch we will reveal our colourful skeins. .I will also give you ideas and links to patterns of what to make with your gorgeous woolen bundles. A list of what to bring will be emailed to you after booking has been made.
